The 2006 Canathon was hosted by the Victorian Division at Benalla, in the heart of Ned Kelly country.  

Around 110 members and their families attended.

 The Canathon was officially opened by Councillor Pat Parry from the Benalla City Council and President, Adam #401.

  The Canathon can was Kelly's suit of armour.  

The highlight of the AGM was the awarding of Life Membership of the ABCCA to our National  Secretary/Treasurer, Laurie #1506.

  
This was the first Life Membership award presented since John #1154 in 2000.
